Poultry Brine

Poultry BrineINGREDIENTS:

 
Equal parts of cold water and white vinegar
One Cup of Morton's Kosher Salt
One Tablespoon Whole Peppercorns
One diced chili pepper
One medium yellow onion, chopped
1/2 Cup of beer
 
DIRECTIONS:
 
Combine all ingredients in a large pot or any other food safe container. Refrigerate for a minimum of three hours or overnight. Be prepared for one the tastiest brines you've had in a long time… straight from the garage… enjoy!
