Pulled Pork Sliders


4 Tablespoons Kosher salt

4 Tablespoons dark brown sugar

1 teaspoon dark chili powder

2 teaspoons Hungarian smoked paprika

1/2 teaspoon granulated garlic 

Couple of pinches of white pepper

1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/4 cup orange juice

1/2 cup apple juice

1/4 cup brown sugar

1/4 cup agave nectar

1 Tablespoon salt
DIRECTIONS: (for a 6 – 8 lb. pork butt)
Rinse pork butt and dry it. Inject pork butt with the marinade. Mix the dry rub ingredients and coat the pork butt, pressing the rub into the meat. Cook over charcoal using the "Indirect Grilling Method" – low and slow for 7-8 hours or until your instant read thermometer reads 190 degrees. Do not let your grill get above 250 degrees.
Let sit for 25 minutes, then immediately pull apart with two forks.
Mix with your favorite BBQ sauce. Garage Man recommends "Sweet Garage Sauce."
Toast slider rolls with a slice of cheddar cheese, pile high your pulled pork.
