Mojo Marinated Flank Steak Hoagie


1/4 cup orange juice

1/4 cup pineapple juice

1/4 cup lime juice

1/4 cup agave nectar

2 garlic cloves, minced

1 teaspoon oregano

1 teaspoon salt
Mix all ingredients and place in an air tight container with the flank steak. Refrigerate overnight.
Grill flank steak over charcoal by "direct grilling method" for approximately 5 minutes on each side. Let rest for approximately 10-15 minutes. Slice against the grain.
  • Toasted hoagie roll with gouged out center (take out some of the center to make room for the flank steak.)
  • Thinly sliced flank steak
  • Garage Slaw
  • Arugula
